My thoughts

I read most of this with tea going cold beside me. The circus felt like somewhere I used to go in dreams as a kid β€” black and white tents, fortune tellers, a clock that doesn't quite make sense. I didn't want it to end, and when it did I just sat there for a while before starting anything else.
